Scope and acceptance

The website operates under the UPLEAP brand. The business is registered as IROI MEDIA, registration number 305184160, with the additional registered name Yossi Ariel. The business is based in Kiryat Motzkin, Israel.

These conditions apply to website inquiries and the initial communication that follows. Checking the required box and submitting the form confirms that you read these conditions and the Privacy Policy and agree to inquiry handling. If you do not agree, do not submit the form; you may ask for clarification by email or phone.

Who may submit

Submit your own details or information you are authorized to provide. If you contact us for a business or organization, you confirm that you may represent it at least for the initial discussion.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, medical data, specially sensitive information or personal information that is not needed to understand the inquiry. UPLEAP may remove or restrict unnecessary information.

Receipt and follow-up

An inquiry is received only after the website confirms durable acceptance. Opening a thank-you page directly is not proof that a specific inquiry was received. UPLEAP may respond through the submitted channel or another reasonable channel.

Receipt does not require UPLEAP to accept a project, provide a service, reserve time, quote a price or achieve a result. Commercial obligations arise only in a separate document expressly approved by the parties.

Services, proposals and agreements

The website gives general information about capabilities and services. Scope, deliverables, timing, price, payment, responsibility, maintenance, hosting, licenses, ownership, permissions and access are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

An expressly approved proposal or signed service agreement controls over a general website description. A project change is binding only when documented and approved through the agreed process.

Marketing communications

Permission to handle an inquiry is not marketing consent. Marketing is sent only with separate consent or another basis allowed by law and includes a reasonable opt-out mechanism as required by Israeli communications law.

A marketing opt-out does not prevent service messages needed to handle an inquiry, perform an agreement, protect the service or provide a legal notice.

Privacy and security

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these conditions. They explain collection, purposes, recipients, consent preferences and access, correction and deletion requests.

Do not bypass security, submit malicious code, perform prohibited scraping, test vulnerabilities without authorization or interfere with availability.

Restriction and suspension

UPLEAP may block requests or access that violate these conditions, place systems or people at risk, involve impersonation or abuse, or must be blocked by law. A block does not prevent a valid privacy or accessibility request.

Responsibility and governing law

The website is provided as-is for information and inquiry purposes. Subject to non-waivable law, UPLEAP is not responsible for business decisions based on general content, failures caused by an external service or indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing here limits a right that cannot be waived. Israeli law governs, and jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.
