Data Deletion Requests
How to request deletion of website inquiry information and the process limits.
Making a request
Email service@upleap.co.il with “Website data deletion request,” or contact Yossi Ariel at yosi.ariellll@gmail.com or 054-355-0665. Identify the contact details used and the request scope.
We may request limited identity or authority verification. Do not send passwords, login codes, payment details or an identity document we did not request.
Completing deletion within 60 days
After verification, the Lead Center record and linked information, delivery records and active Email and WhatsApp copies under UPLEAP control will be deleted or disconnected from the requester within 60 days, or sooner where required by law.
Marketing withdrawal is separate and does not wait for deletion completion.
Providers, backups and limited exceptions
As part of the workflow, UPLEAP will identify relevant provider copies and use an account deletion control or manually submit a deletion request to each applicable provider, including Hostinger, Resend or Meta/WhatsApp. Provider or backup deletion may finish later under provider terms, a backup cycle or a legal duty.
Such residual data will not be used in ordinary operations or restored into active processing. A legally required limited record will be access-restricted, purpose-limited and documented.
