Accessibility Statement
The website accessibility status, implemented features and how to request help or report a difficulty.
Our approach
UPLEAP considers equal service for people with disabilities important. The website was designed for keyboard and assistive-technology use, Hebrew right-to-left and English left-to-right content, and different screen sizes.
The website was built and internally tested against Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1 at AA, with WCAG 2.2 AA as an additional engineering target. The standard also requires human judgment, so this statement describes the work and tests performed and is not a third-party certificate of conformance.
Features included
- Semantic structure, headings, page regions and a skip link.
- Keyboard operation, visible focus and focus restoration in interactive interfaces.
- Labels, required states, error messages, aria-live and field descriptions.
- 320px reflow, 200% zoom and reduced-motion support.
- Independent Hebrew and English content with correct direction and bidi isolation.

Physical arrangements and alternative service
The website service is provided remotely and no public reception address is published. Information and inquiries are also available by email or phone, without an extra charge for an accessibility accommodation.
If you encounter a barrier, we will review an available alternative and work on remediation under the Accessibility Policy and applicable law.
