Rights in the content, design, code, brand and materials presented on the UPLEAP website.
Ownership and rights
Unless stated otherwise, original website content—including text, structure, design, illustrations, diagrams, code, components, files, screenshots and UPLEAP brand assets—is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual-property law.
Displaying material does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial, exclusive or transferable license.
Permitted use
You may view the website, save a link and print a reasonable copy for personal or internal non-commercial use, provided rights notices are kept and the material is not altered misleadingly.
Do not copy, republish, sell, license, compile into a database, systematically scrape, use for model training or present a substantial part as your own without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits the use.
Brand and logo
UPLEAP, the logo, U-and-arrow symbol, wordmark and visual identity are brand assets. Do not alter, imitate or combine them with another product, or imply a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement, without written permission.
Third-party materials
Names, marks and services of Google, Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, Microsoft, Shopify and other providers belong to their owners. References describe possible services or integrations and do not grant UPLEAP rights in those marks or imply sponsorship.
Materials submitted with an inquiry
You or the applicable rights holder retain ownership of submitted information and materials. You give UPLEAP a limited permission to use them only to review the inquiry, respond, prepare a proposal and provide services if an engagement is formed.
Do not submit third-party confidential or protected material without authorization. Sending a general idea does not create a confidentiality obligation beyond applicable law; confidential project information should be governed by an appropriate agreement.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe website material infringes your rights, contact service@upleap.co.il and identify the material, claimed right, location and a way to reach you. We will review a sufficiently detailed, identified notice and act as required by law.
