The website operates under the UPLEAP brand. The business is registered as IROI MEDIA, registration number 305184160, with the additional registered name Yossi Ariel. The business is based in Kiryat Motzkin, Israel.

Information we collect

The inquiry form collects contact and business details, the requested service, current work and systems, timing, contact preferences and consent choices. We also record form language, page and campaign source where available, the intake time and an inquiry reference.

Technical data may include an IP address, browser information, duplicate-prevention identifiers and delivery or failure records. Do not submit passwords, payment details, medical information or unnecessary information about other people.

Your choice

You are not legally required to provide the form information. Required fields are needed to submit and handle the inquiry. You can also contact us by email or phone.

Permission to handle an inquiry is separate from marketing consent. Any marketing choice will be optional, separate and off by default.

Purposes and submission flow

We use information to review and respond, understand the business need, prepare a proposal, keep follow-up records, protect the service and prevent abuse. Source data helps identify the page or campaign that led to the inquiry.

The inquiry is stored in UPLEAP Lead Center. Authorized handlers receive internal email and WhatsApp alerts containing inquiry details. Submitting the form does not activate an AI agent or automatically send WhatsApp to the person submitting it.

Systems and providers

UPLEAP does not sell personal information. Providers receive information only as needed to operate the website and mailbox, handle the inquiry, deliver alerts, provide consented analytics and advertising, or meet legal obligations. Providers operate under the processing terms that apply to their services and may use authorized subprocessors under those terms.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

Optional tools are blocked by default. They may receive browser and device data, an IP address, online identifiers, pages and events, campaign source and a conversion event. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or free-text inquiry content to analytics or advertising tools.

You can reject analytics and advertising and still submit an inquiry. Preference changes apply to future collection.

Retention, security and international processing

Inquiry information is retained only while needed to handle the inquiry, operate the services, protect the service or comply with a legal duty. A verified deletion request will be handled and completed within 60 days, or sooner where required by law.

The workflow covers the Lead Center record and linked information, delivery records and active Email and WhatsApp copies under UPLEAP control. Where needed, UPLEAP will manually submit a deletion request to each provider processing a relevant copy, including Hostinger, Resend or Meta/WhatsApp. Backup data or data a provider must retain by law may expire later, but it will not be used in ordinary operations or restored into active processing.

Access controls and technical safeguards are used to reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction, deletion and marketing withdrawal

You may request access and correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, as provided by law. Deletion or restriction requests are reviewed after limited identity or authority verification.

A marketing withdrawal is handled separately and does not wait for database deletion. Do not send passwords or login codes with a request.
